Fall Coat Swap Coordinator

• Each year MJFP hosts a coat swap where families can donate gently used winter coats and jackets so that other families can use them.

• The coat swap will take place on Report Card Night on October 21, 2026 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the Lopez Campus.

• The Fall Coat Swap Coordinator duties include:

  • Solicit coat and jacket donations from Morris Jeff families through social media, Pelican Press, and Room Parent emails.

  • Store and organize coats and jackets at school until October 21st.

  • Recruit volunteers to assist with setting up and breaking down the night of the coat swap.

  • Coordinate with school faculty and staff to pair students with any remaining coats and jackets.
